Have you  spend enough time indoors during the past months and you miss time outdoors with your favorite sports? We have created  this package with different activities including rock climbing, hiking, cycling. Spending a day outside is improving your muscular and cardiovascular fitness, you get better sleep and generally the feel-good factor is getting high. Recommended for people willing to move their body. No specific level requirements, the intensity of the program is planned acording the participants,
